    Depending on the size of the device and the type of malfunction, if necessary, all the faults of your device are repaired either on-site at the customer's location or at our technical service station.

    Maintenance Contracts aim to take necessary precautions and perform periodic maintenance on devices whose warranty periods have expired to prevent malfunctions and extend their economic lifespan.

    In the event that a device malfunctions despite periodic maintenance or due to user errors, intervention is carried out to repair the device.

    We offer two types of contracts to our customers.

    This is the assessment and consultancy service we provide to customers experiencing electrical problems and in need of expert opinion for their resolution.

    Upon the guidance of the sales team, our expert engineers and technicians conduct necessary measurements at the location where the problem occurs. Taking into account the customer's expectations, the measurements are analyzed, and the most cost-effective solution is developed.

    The results are then compiled into a report and provided to the relevant person within the requesting sales team.

    This service is provided free of charge.
